PWDR Project Updates

Osage, OK – Seven wells are in production. Current production is averaging approximately 500 BOE per month.

Lincoln, OK – 11 wells are in production. Further development is currently underway on this project. Current production averages approximately 700 BOE per month. Production has been estimated to increase to 6000 BOE per month by the end of 2008.

Springhill, LA – Currently 16 wells are in production. Current production is approximately 750 barrels of oil per month. This has been projected to increase to 45 BOPDE or 1350 BOE per month in 2008.

Leonard Heirs, LA – Four wells are currently in production. Current production is estimated at approximately 330 barrels of oil per month. This is expected to increase to 1000 BOE per month by the end of 2008.

Weesatche, TX – Eight wells are currently in production. Current production is approximately 1500 mcf per day. This is projected to increase to 3800 mcf per day by the end of 2008.

Brookshire Salt Dome, TX – One well is in production. Powder River is currently developing this project. Current production is averaging 360 BOE per month. Long term projections are not available at this time.

Polk County, TX – Two wells are in production. Current production is approximately 160 BOE per month.

Biamante, TX – 1 well is currently under development. No production estimates are available at this time.
