Powder River Petroleum International Inc. purchased this project in June, 2006. It is located in the southwestern corner of Mississippi, in Amite County. This is a shut-in project of which Powder River Petroleum International Inc. owns a 100% working interest. Foster project has one producing and one injection well. Recoverable reserves on the Foster project have been estimated at 140,000 barrels of oil and 250 MCF natural gas. Currently, this project is undergoing a workover. Upon completion, Powder River Petroleum International Inc. estimates that the Foster project will produce 40 BOPD and 80 MCF natural gas per day. Powder River Petroleum International Inc. plans to have the Foster project in full production by year end 2007. |
