Powder River Petroleum International Inc. has interests in oil and natural gas properties in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Mississippi, as well as interests in development properties in Wyoming. The Company is currently involved in aggressive acquisitions of additional properties as well as operating companies. Powder River Petroleum International Inc. has a successful well re-work/reactivation program in effect. Leases which are shut-in or have minimum production are purchased for development and reactivation of existing wells as well as completion of behind pipe production and off-set drilling. Powder River Petroleum International Inc. also owns 50% of a full service oilfield company – Texoma Oilfield Services Inc. Powder River Petroleum International Inc. is a US corporation with a totally owned Canadian subsidiary, Powder River Energy, Inc. The Company has administrative offices in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and a field office in Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA.
